Qinghai Mangya is the youngest city in China to be officially listed on December 27, 2018. At the same time, it is quite old. In the Han Dynasty, it was the only place to pass through the ancient Silk Road. It was the main connected to Gansu, into Tibet, and into Xinjiang.
Mangya is located in Qinghai Tsaidam Basin, surrounded by Kunlun Mountains and A-erh-chin Mountains. Its geographical environment gives it unique beauty:
In the depths of cold-lake Town, there are many towers and castles in various poses, forming a large-scale Yardang group of various shapes.
The Black Mountain Gobi is desolate and boundless, with flying sand in the whistling wind, like a cold strange planet.
The salt ponds of “ the Great Chaidan Emerald Lake ” of different shades show layers of green, just like suddenly appearing in the secrets of the desert, or a mirage… Adding Eboliang Yardang, Aiken Springs, Saturn’s ring, etc., the cliff draws the boldest and wildest imagination between heaven and earth.

The Great Chaidan Emerald Lake is a salt lake of the magnesium sulfate subtype. The lake water is so green and clear, just like the emerald plate that the gods accidentally broke and fell on the earth.

This is the world’s earliest water Yardang landscape. In summer, the Milky Way Arch Bridge hangs above it, and the blue lake water and the deep sky seem to be condensed by time.

When light is sprayed on the vast desert Yardangs, the natural curves are like “the strange Saturn’s rings”, vast and mysterious.
