Organization is a car. Organizations have different roles, and cars have different parts.
Each role and component bears different responsibilities.
Some people are wheels, some are engines, and some are steering wheels.
Different responsibilities have different prospects.
How much responsibility you can make, how much money.
1. The wheel: the responsibility to complete the task
The car has to run forward, mainly on wheels.
The wheel is the core force that the car can move forward.
Wheels are the core employees of the company.
What is the responsibility of the wheel?
Excellent job completion.
The work handed over was completed as expected, without accidents.
The boss said, give me this plan before next Monday.

When you are at level 5, do the level 6 things in advance.

This is not an engine. The engine cannot be stalled.
Can you carry a heavy burden?

If you want to be a good manager, a person in charge of a business line, a director, or even a CEO, you must be able to handle things.

This decision can only be made by the steering wheel.
Therefore, the steering wheels must have the wisdom of decision-making, but also the courage to make decisions.
So, how to improve the quality of decision-making?
Study hard.
The more outstanding people are, the harder they study.
They will visit and get references from best practices; they will read books and get inspiration from the latest theories; they will research and get feedback from the truest results.
These people have one thing in common: thinking in multiple dimensions.
They know the three financial statements. Judging from the financial point of view, the enterprise should save lives, cure diseases, or maintain health.

They know the complexity of sales, the static sales force of the C-end, and the process of the B-end. These are two completely different play and logic.

In order to be able to make high-quality decisions, a lot of learning, deep thinking.
These people also have one thing in common: humility.

So what is the courage to make decisions?
